大学教师是教学的权威,对大学有效教学产生重要影响。影响大学有效教学的教师因素有:教师的教学理念、教师的知识架构、教师的师德、教师的教学监控能力等。
University teachers are teaching authority making important impact on effective teaching of the university.Teacher factors of effective teaching in the university are：teaching philosophy of teachers, knowledge structure of teachers,teacher＇s morality and monitoring capabilities of teachers.
