摘要
实习支教是教师教育改革的重要方面,将实习支教与师资培训有机地结合起来,以实习支教为基础构建一体化的人才培养模式是教师教育改革的主要课题。在明确实习支教与教师培养培训一体化的指导思想和基本构想的基础上,比较与分析国内各师范院校在实习支教与教师培养培训一体化的实践模式的共同点和存在的不足,得出一系列的启示,并提出深化师范生培养模式改革是一体化的基础,创新教师培训新机制是一体化的关键,形成制度化管理是一体化的保障等建议与思考。
The supporting teaching practice is the important content of teachers education reformation, and it also is the primary subject, to construct an integrative model based on the supporting teaching practice ,which combine the teaching practice to teachers education. Based on the definition of leading thoughts and primary conception of integration between teaching practice and teachers education, com- paring and analyzing the common grounds and deficiency among several practising models from normal universities all over the country, which make teaching practice and teachers education to be integrative, the paper obtain series of enlightenment, consideration and suggestions, that deepening educative model of normal university students' cultivation is the parimary spot for integration,creating mechanism of teachers education is the key for integration, building systemative management is the guarantee for integration.
