运用Matlab聚类低碳城市的实证分析

在气候变化影响下,实现低碳转型已经成为城市发展的普遍共识。目前,全国有许多城市已经将低碳城市作为发展目标。针对如何对城市发展低碳的可行性进行科学评价,如何才能知道城市离低碳的目标还有多远等问题,文章借助Matlab软件,通过中国社会科学院设计的低碳城市衡量指标体系对全国各省、直辖市的低碳城市进程进行聚类,并提出了相关政策建议。
