摘要
本文所述质量调整概念用于在同步工程(SE)中稳定地面向质量的过程的结构设计。该系统基于夫劳恩霍夫(Fraunhofer)生产工艺研究所IPT开发的过程—结构矩阵且能在不同的详细设计阶段调整过程的质量。粗调整平衡所有的内部和外部的顾客—供货者关系中包含的利益。在细调整平面上鉴定前期设计结果中的冲突和错误并用计算机辅助排除。两调整平面得益于一个信息系统,该系统的过程参数为内部和外部的顾客的利益均衡服务并使过程链得到保证。
Abstract The robustness of development processes can be achieved by an effective quality control concept which is presented in the following.The objective of a consistently controlled business process is to balance the interests of all process partners at an optimal degree.This concept bases on the process stucture matrix(PSM) developed at the Fraunhofer IPT.A knowledge based information system,currently developed in a research project,promotes more tran sparency for every process partner with respect to his position in the development process.
