摘要
本文将产品开发过程划分为五个域（用户域、功能需求域、设计结构域、工艺需求域与工艺变量域），在分析了“Ｚ”字形映射方法的基础上，提出了利用“Ｚ”字形映射方法实现相邻域之间的映射能满足并行设计要求的观点，以一例子具体分析了功能域与结构域间的“Ｚ”字形映射过程；将“功能独立性”公理作为映射方案评价的准则，避免功能耦合设计；最后总结了“Ｚ”字形映射方法在并行设计中的应用。
The product design process is divided into five domains which are consumer domain,function need domain,design parameter domain,process need domain and process variable domain.After analyzing the principle of zigzag mapping,the authors consider that the zigzag mapping between adjacent domains above can meet the needs of concurrent design.And the zigzag mapping process between function need domain and design parameter domain is described in detail.The function indepeddence axion is used as the evaluating tool to avoid function coupling design in the zigzag mapping process.In the end,the applications of zigzag mapping method in concurrent design are summarized.
