近年来,刑事诉讼对证据的要求越来越严格,毒品犯罪案件亦是如此,侦查人员必须提高证据意识和诉讼意识,及时搜集、固定关键物证;善于发现、提取间接证据;注重搜集"口供"以外的证据;加强物证、书证鉴定工作;规范视听资料的搜集工作,并且使所搜集的证据客观、真实、全面,经得起庭审的质证,充分发挥其功效,努力提升公安机关打击毒品犯罪的整体能力。

In recent years,criminal proceedings require rigid evidence,it＇s true to drug-related cases.investigators have to raise awareness of proofs.Firstly,to collect proofs in time.Then,to try to find the indirect proofs;thirdly,to pay more attention to collect proofs besides confession;to make efforts in identification of material evidence;to collect digital evidence with standards;finally,to improve capacity of combating drug crimes for public security authorities,all proofs collected have to be relevant to the fact and to be tested by cross-examination.
