In recent years,the cases of employment homicide in China are increasing year by year,and such cases are often complex,cruel with concealment and high intelligence level.Therefore,some problems lie in determining the nature of the offence,analysis and arrest.To combat the crimes effectively,we have to depend on updating investigative thinking mode,a thorough examination of the scene,fully use of advanced investigative techniques,and integrated use of various investigative measures.
