摘要
评估应遵循"过程性——周期性——不断完善性"的系统论思路,校外青少年预防艾滋病同伴教育应遵循过程评估之要义和要求,可以通过"常规监督"、"督导"、"评估"三个环节加以实现。基于此,文章论述了校外青少年预防艾滋病同伴教育评估三环节各自的功能、内容及步骤或方法。
Evaluation should follow the systematic thinking "process-periodic-improving".Accordingly,evaluation on the out-of-school youth AIDS peer education have to follow the essence and requirements of the process evaluation,and the evaluation can be conducted by three steps such as general supervision,supervision and guide,and evaluation.In a word,the article discusses function,contents,measures and methods of the above three steps mentioned.
