摘要
伴随着市场竞争的日趋激烈,企业若想取得竞争优势,必须连续地改进产品和服务质量,同时降低成本。本文首先介绍了质量概念的变迁史,然后提出了实施连续质量改进的三大途径及其它们之间的关系,在此基础上,阐述了每一途径的主要内容及实现方法,最后,给出了实施连续质量改进的基本模型。
In order to get competitive excellence,each organization has to improve its qualities of products and service ,at the same time, reduce cost.Firstly,this paper introduce the development history of quality concept,then we point out three ways of implementing continuous quality improvement and the relationship among them.On the basis of that,what should be comprised in each way is explained.Finally,the basic model for continuous quality improvement is provided.
