在国际竞争日趋激烈的今天，企业要想获得竞争力必须有先进、适用的生产管理方法作保障。本文首先分析了ＪＩＴ和ＭＲＰⅡ在计划与控制方面的实质，然后将ＪＩＴ的“拉动”优势融入ＭＲＰⅡ中，提出了“拉动式”ＭＲＰⅡ的构思框架。

At present international competition is becoming intensive increasingly,enterprise must use advanced and suitable production management methods to enable itself to obtain competitive power. This article analyzes the substance of JIT and the substance of MRPⅡ on planning and controlling,then incorporate pull advantage of JIT into MRPⅡ and makes a framework of MRPⅡ of pull.
