马鞍山长江公路大桥钢吊箱三维有限元分析

摘要 钢吊箱围堰是桥梁深水基础施工的重要设施,具有用钢量少、工期短、施工方便等优点。本文区别于传统的以单个构件为设计目标的设计方法,将整体仿真分析引入钢吊箱围堰的设计过程,提出了以结构整体为研究对象的设计思路。运用有限元方法对马鞍山长江公路大桥左汊主桥中塔基础钢吊箱各个施工阶段的应力状况及结构变形进行了分析,为钢吊箱的设计和施工提供了指导性建议。 The steel lifting caisson is an important establishment in the bridge construction of the deep-water foundation.It has many advantages such as less steel,duration is short and construction is convinent.Different from the traditional design method whose goal is a single component,the authors take the overall simulation analysis method into the design process of the steel lifting caisson,and propose the design idea that studies the overall structure.The authors employ finite-element method into the stress and distortion analysis of the steel lifting caisson of the middle tower's foundation below the left primary bridge in Ma'anshan Changjiang River Highway Bridge in each construction phase and provide instructional advices about design and construction for steel lifting caissons.
