In order to improve the purmping speed of oil booster pump in high vacuum range, theconstrue-ture Of the ordinary oil booster pump is improved so that the good ultimate vacuum and pumpingspeed can be obtained. Therefore it will have the practical value in the wide range. The high vacuum oilbooster pump was used in vacuum apparatus successfully.
