摘要
介绍了液氮制冷装置的设计原则、技术指标与要求、绝热结构、绝热材料、抽真空工艺的选择及各项性能试验。试验结果表明, 该制冷装置具有真空寿命长、无振动、无电磁干扰、温度稳定性好、操作方便、体积小等优点, 是星载红外多光谱扫描仪理想的地面制冷设备, 也是一种工作波长在8~14 μm
The design principle,the technical target and demand,the insulation structure,the selection of insulation material and pump vacuum technology and the testing resolution on the properties of liquid nitrogen cooling device are introduced.Test results of the device show that it has such advantages and properties as long life of vacuum,no vibration,no electromagnetic interference,temperature stability,easy to operation,etc.This device is the space infrared MSS of ideal cooling device.It is also suitable for the infrared detector of wave range at 8~14 μ cold fountain.
