网络虚拟财产的迅猛发展,对我国的经济产生了巨大的影响,成为经济发展新的增长点。对虚拟财产的确认与保护已成为法律研究一个新的课题,以网络虚拟财产为中心,首先对其概念、特征、属性进行分析,进而提出对网络虚拟财产进行法律、政策规制建议。

The rapid growth of online virtual property is having a great impact on China＇s economy and has become a new economic growth point.As a result,how to confirm and protect virtual property is a new research topic of law.This paper first analyzed the concept of online virtual property,its characteristics and properties,then offered some proposals on how to manage virtual property through legal regulations and policies and constructive advices on how to restructure the civil law in the hope of promoting traditional studies in the civil law in the information era.
