摘要
综述了不锈钢钝化膜的成膜机制、表面膜的组成结构与半导体性能,总结了钝化过程的研究方法、钝化膜的耐腐蚀原因与不锈钢的表面处理技术。
The forming mechanism of the passive film on stainless steels is reviewed,and the composition, structure and semiiconductive properties of the surface film are discussed. The research methods of passive processes, the resistance to corrosion of the film and the surface treatment technics on the stainless steels are concluded.
