摘要
在新制度经济学的相关研究基础上,依据权力分布形态的不同,将制度区分为"权力集中型"制度和"权力分散型"制度。通过对X大学的个案分析,该校研究生培养制度属于"权力集中型"制度。经过推断,我国研究型大学研究生培养制度属于"权力集中型"制度,伴随我国经济类型的变化将会出现从"权力集中型"制度向"权力分散型"制度的转变,并提出转变的原则和措施。
On the basis of researches in new institutional economics,according to the differences of power distribution,institution can be classified into two types: 'centralized power' and 'decentralized power'.By the case study of X University,its graduate cultivation system can be considered as 'centralized power' institution.Then,after analysis,it is concluded that the graduate cultivation systems of research-oriented universities in China are 'centralized power' institution.With the transition of economic types of China,the system will be turned from 'centralized power' institution to 'decentralized power' institution.At last,the principle and measures are presented for the transition.
