信阳毛尖微量元素构成及其溶出特性 被引量:4

摘要 采用微波消解法处理样品,以电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)检测产自不同地区信阳毛尖茶叶中微量元素的含量,并测定其溶出率。结果表明,信阳毛尖茶叶中的微量元素Mg,Mn,Al和Fe含量均大于150μg/g;Cu,Zn,Ni,Sr,Cr,Co,Cd和Pb含量较低,均小于50μg/g;As和Se未检出。Mg,Mn和Zn元素首次溶出率大于30%,二次溶出率大于10%;茶汤中未检出Cr,Fe,Cd和Co。不同地区信阳毛尖的微量元素含量和溶出率存在差异。 Xinyang maojian tea produced at different places is pretreated by microwave digestion method. Then the contents of trace elements in the xinyang maojian tea and their leaching rates are determined by ICP-AES. The results indicate that the trace element content of Mg, Mn, Al, Fe in the xinyang maojian tea is over 150 g/g, respectively. The contents of Cu, Zn, Ni, Sr, Cr, Co, Cd and Pb are lower. As and Se can not be found. The first leaching rate of Mg, Mn, Zn is over 30%, and the second leaching rate over 10%, respectively. Cr, Fe,Cd,As,Co and Se can not be found in the tea liquor. The contents of trace elements and the leaching rate of the tea produced at different places have certain difference.
