摘要
艾利斯的ABC理论在改变人的非理性观念,解决人的情绪和行为存在的问题方面作用明显。基于对因失恋引发的一般心理问题的咨询案例分析,ABC理论通过改变人的非理性观念,从而解决人的情绪和行为问题的成效明显,对当前大学生思想教育提供了有力的理论支撑。
Ellis ABC theory has evident role in changing people＇s irrational ideas to solve people＇s emotional and behavioral problems.Based on consulting case analysis of general psychological problems caused by lost love,ABC theory has clearly effect in solving emotional and behavioral problems by changing the person＇s irrational beliefs,which provides strong theoretical support for the current undergraduate education.
