摘要
创业教育目标既要从高校整个人才培养框架中来考察和确定,也要结合生活实际考虑目标的发展与分步实现,即在培养创业素质人才这一总体目标指引下,从低到高分层培养具有良好创业素质的社会公民、自我工作岗位的创造者以及新型企业的创办者。创业教育目标这一理论特质,要求高校创业教育课程的设置不能脱离整个人才培养的体系框架,要加强与其他课程的融合与贯通,并与创业教育的分层目标结合起来。
The goal of enterprise education shouldn't only be established within the framework of talent cultivation in higher education institutions,but also be given a comprehensive consideration on its successive development and gradual realization,namely,the enterprise citizen,the self-employed and the new entrepreneurs should be cultivated step by step under the guidance of the overall goal.The theoretic characteristics of the goal means that the curriculum setting of enterprise education shouldn't be divorced from the entire framework of talent cultivation.In line with it,higher education institutions must enhance the integration of enterprise education curriculum and other curricula,and connect it with the layered goals of enterprise education.
