摘要
传统的螺栓拧紧轴是固定在轴向钢板上的,不能变距,通过把钢板改成滑块结构就能实现变距功能,变距的尺寸由滑块斜槽的偏心距离决定,变距的驱动结构采用环行齿条旋转驱动滑块实现变距功能,同时将控制器MACS PLUS升级为PM3000控制系统。
The old tire nut runner is fixed on steel bracket, not changed situation. By replacing steel bracket with slide blocks, achieve nut configuration uses annular runner moving along slide way. Moving distance is according to eccentricity. Driving gear wheel. In addition control system is upgraded from MACS PLUS to PM3000.
