基于μC/OS-Ⅱ的USB接口转辙机测试仪的设计

摘要 为检测转辙机的工作情况,设计了便携式转辙机测试仪以检测转辙机的电流和力的大小及变化情况。测量结果可以通过LCD实时显示,参数变化情况以曲线形式显示。测量数据可以进行存储,并通过USB接口上传到计算机进行存储备份或数据分析。下位机软件设计以μC/OS-Ⅱ实时操作系统为平台,很好地提高了仪器测量及显示的实时性。现场应用表明,测试仪操作简单,显示直观,能够帮助检测人员对转辙机的工作情况做出准确的判断。 The point machine tester is designed to detect the point machine's working status and ensure the traffic safety. It can measure the point machine's currency and intensity. The result of the measurement is displayed on the LCD. The change of parameters is displayed in the form of curving graphic. The measurement data can be saved on the equipment and then be transferred into computer by the USB port. The software of the equipment is programmed based on the real-time μC/OS-Ⅱ operation system, and it enhances the real-time response of the equipment. The field application shows that the equipment with simple operation and intuitive display can help the user to make a proper judgment to point machine's working status.
