摘要
教育供给水平情况体现教育公平和教育质量的状态。本文通过对我国东、中、西部地区54个县域数据的监测分析,发现地区间、不同地区内县域间的教育供给水平差异在扩大。对此,我国亟需建立义务教育转移支付制度,完善相应的配套措施,实现提升区域教育供给水平的目标。
Education provision level is embodying the progress of education equity and education quality. In this perspective,monitoring and analyzing the data of educational development on 54 counties in East,Middle and Western regions,we find the results that the education provision level disparity among different regions is gradually expanding. At present,our country needs to make the corresponding policies badly,set up the transfer payment system of compulsory education,improve the corresponding supplementary measures,and reach the goal of promoting the regional educational supply level.
