在多元文化环境中构建“体用一致”的教育目标 被引量:2

To Build the Educational Objective "Ti-Yong Consistency" in the Multicultural Environment

摘要 近年来,各种类型的创新人才培养计划层出不穷,但收效甚微。这与当前的教育理论与实践在德育教育、课程体系、学科建设、管理体制等方面存在着的一系列矛盾密不可分。导致这些矛盾的根本原因是尚未处理好全球化环境中传统文化与现代文化的关系,教育目标层面仍然停留在"体用两分"的模式上。根据历史教训和国外经验,我国教育现代化的关键应该是在多元文化环境中创建"体用一致"的教育目标,以及与之相适应的管理体制、教育内容和教育方法。 In recent years,various creative-talent programs have been issued by all levels of governments,but with little achievement. The reasons of this are directly related to the paradoxes in the domains of moral education,curriculum system,disciplinary construction and administrative mechanism in Chinese educational practice and theories. These paradoxes,then,are caused by the failure in dealing with the relationship between Chinese traditional culture and modern culture in the globalization environment,and thus educational objectives still remain in the stage of "ti-yong segregation" model a hundred years ago. According to the lessons from our history and the experiences from foreign countries,the key to Chinese education modernization is to create "ti-yong consistency" educational objective in the present multi-cultural environment,as well as conformable administrative system,education content and education methods.
