职业学校建设“创业孵化基地”的思考

建设"创业孵化基地"是职业学校促进学生就业、创业的重要举措,对深化校企合作、提高学生就业质量、推进学校教学改革有积极意义,其中做好"创业孵化基地"教学设计是关键。为保证基地的有效运行,职业学校必须建立组织运转、准入选拔、基地管理、引资互惠等运作机制,并在政策、经费以及学校自身软硬件条件方面予以保证。

Vocational school building ＂incubation base＂ is an important way to promote the vocational students for employment and entrepreneurship,which has a positive meaning to deepen school-enterprise cooperation,improve the quality of student employment,and promote the reform of school teaching. And the key for vocational school is to make the teaching design of ＂incubation base＂ well. To ensure the effective operation of the base,we must build the operating mechanisms such as organizational operation,access selection,base management,investment attractor and mutual benefits,and guarantee in the aspects of policy,funding,and the school＇s own software and hardware conditions.
