个体化治疗与阶梯治疗高血压351例疗效观察

Individual therapy and treatment of hypertension in 351 cases ladder observation

目的:探讨高血压患者的有效治疗方案。方法:观察近3年来351例高血压患者在本院门诊及住院采用个体化及阶梯治疗的效果,门诊随诊及电话随访,观察血压控制情况。结果:个体化治疗组较阶梯治疗组使高血压患者的控制率显著提高。结论:个体化治疗能较好地提高高血压患者的治疗率及控制率。

Objective：To explore the effective treatment of patients with hypertension.Methods：351 cases in recent 3 years in patients with hypertension in the hospital outpatient and inpatient treatment using individual and the ladder effect,and telephone follow-up clinic were followed up to observe the blood pressure control situation.Results：Individual treatment group than in the stepped care group to control rate of hypertension increased significantly.Conclusion：The individualized treatment can better improve hypertension treatment and control rates.
