IL-8与TNF-α动态变化规律与急性脑出血的相关性分析

摘要 目的:探讨TNF-α和IL-8与急性脑出血的相关性。方法:采取对比分析的方法,用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测本院神经内科30例急性脑出血住院患者发病24h内及3、7、14d时的血清TNF-α和IL-8水平,并与30名健康对照者进行对比分析。结果:两组血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)存在显著差异(P<0.01),灶周水肿变化规律为24h达到高峰,随后下降。观察组出血3、14d与24h的比较存在显著差异性。结论:急性脑出血患者TNF-α和IL-8的水平能动态反映灶周血肿、水肿的情况。 Objective:To investigate the TNF-α and IL-8 and acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:The method of comparative analysis,using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) detected 30 cases of hospital neurology patients hos pitalized with acute onset of cerebral hemorrhage and 3,7,14 d 24 hours when the serum TNF-α and IL-8 level,and 30 healthy controls were analyzed.Results:Serum tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α),Interleukin-8 (IL-8) were significantly different (P0.01),change rules perifocal edema peaked at 24 hour,then decreased.Observation group,bleeding 3,14 day and 24 hour,compared with significant differences.Conclusion:Patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage TNF-α and IL-8 levels to dynamically reflect the lesion hematoma,edema of the situation.
