住院患者抗菌药物使用调查分析

Investigation and analysis of antimicrobials used in our hospital

目的:了解中山大学附属第六医院住院患者抗菌药物的使用情况,评价抗菌药物使用的合理性。方法:随机抽查2010年1～8月住院患者3195例,对其抗菌药物使用情况进行统计分析。结果:在3195例患者中,抗菌药物使用率为84.26%。其中不合理用药61例,抗菌药物使用中以头孢菌素类居首位,占42.74%,其次为喹诺酮类,占16.58%。结论:抗菌药物的选用基本合理,少数抗菌药物的联用存在不合理现象。

Objective：To learn about the use of antibiotics for the patients in the sixth hospital affiliated to SUN YATSEN University.Methods：Relevant analyzed on the antibacterial drugs using in our hospital were made in this paper 3 195 inpatients who had hospital during the period January to August in 2010 were sampled.Results：The rate of using antimicrobials was 84.26%.Unreasonable using of anti-bacterial durgs was 61 cases.Cephalosporins ranked first in using frequency （42.74%）.Followed by fluroquinlones （16.58%）.Conclusion：The use of antibacterials is bacterial rational,but a few use of antibacterials unreasonable.
