摘要
针对国内外现有的设计速度限速和运行速度限速法所存在的问题,提出了基于安全行车速度的限速理论。结合安全行车速度包含的内容和道路工程应用特点,具体考虑车速与平竖曲线、停车视距、非线性因素和实际车辆运行速度之间的关系,阐述了安全行车速度限速理论体系的建立,并结合湖南通车山区高速公路典型路段进行限速试验,效果良好。
Considering the problems of the existing speed limits at home and abroad which are base on design speed and running speed,speed limit theory base on safe speed is proposed in this paper.Combine the contents of the safe speed and road engineering features,considering the relations between the speed and flat vertical curves,stopping sight distance,non-linear factors and the actual vehicle speed,the paper describes the establishment of speed limits theoretical system base on safe speed.And test for speed limits on the typical sections of the opening mountain freeways in Hunan which have good effect.
