分析了瓦斯抽放泵运行过程中瓦斯抽放管路中存在积水及放水困难的原因。结合采煤工作面现场和瓦斯泵运转的实际情况研制出一种在高负压的情况能够顺利放水的新型放水器,并阐述了新型放水器的工作原理,成功地对鹤壁中泰矿业公司25041采煤工作面瓦斯抽放管路内的积水进行了有效治理,确保了采煤工作面的安全生产。

This article studies and analyses seriously the reasons that gas drainage pipeline accumulates water and drains difficultly during the operation of gas drainage pump.Combining the actual situation of coal face scene and operating gas drainage pump,a new-fashioned drainage device which can drains smoothly was excogitated in the case of high negative pressure,and the principle of the new-fashioned drainage device was expounded.It is effective to govern the accumulate water in the gas drainage pipeline on the 25041 coal face successfully,and ensuring the safety production of coal face.
