摘要
为拓展加速器质谱技术(AMS)测量范围及测量放射性核束成分,建立了利用入射离子发射特征X射线鉴别同量异位素的方法,开展了利用AMS测量重核离子束成分的工作。用此方法可将测量79Se时的同量异位素干扰79Br压低2个数量级。对将用于64Cu放射性束实验的铜靶离子束成分进行了分析。
In order to expand the scope of the accelerator mass spectrometry (AMS) measurement and analyze the components of radioactive nuclear beam, a method of discriminating isobars using projectile X ray detection (PXD) is set up, and the analysis of the components of heavy ion beam is performed. The background of isobars can be reduced by a factor of 100 using the PXD method, and the ion beam components of the copper target which will be used in the 64 Cu radioactive nuclear beam experiment is analysed using the AMS technique.
