Abstract We
explore the time evolution of BEC condensates under different condition by solving the time
dependent nonlinear Schrdinger equation(NLSE) that describes an inhomogeneous,weakly
interacting Bose Einstein condensate at zero temperature.We present numerical results of
interference of two condensates which have different number of atoms in them and examine the
evolution of a Bose Einstein condensate which has split into two parts.
