基于PLC技术的自动吸塑机设计技术

摘要 对吸塑机的成形机制及一般工艺进行了分析,结合PLC功能,完成了全自动吸塑机的开发。提出了只用1位编码开关实现多个工艺参数的设置调整的技术方案,大大简化了机器的操作面板设计,降低了硬件成本,同时,还满足了不同材料的多产品、多工艺的适应性需求,较以往的手动或半自动吸塑机工作效率提高了4-5倍,产品质量及整机的柔性和稳定性也得到了保证。 The suction molding craft and mechanism for a suction mold machine was analyzed. By analyzing of the suction molding craft and application of the PLC technology, an automatic suction mold machine was developed. A onebit coder switch multi-parameter setting technology was put forward. Compared with the design of previous manual or semi-automatic suction mold machine, this design has lower cost, simpler human-machine operational panel. Practical production showed that the developed automatic suction mold machine has the characteristics such as higher production efficiency, simpler operation and structure, lower cost, and higher flexibility.
