微段加工柔性加减速算法研究

摘要 提出了一种基于5阶段S型曲线柔性加减速的微段加工新方法,在保证加速度连续的条件下,无需对减速点进行判断,提高了加工效率。提出了两个微段自适应性加工模型。仿真和实验结果表明,在加工过程中,新方法提高了加工效率,且保证了加速度的连续,实现了柔性加工。 This deceleration control paper puts forward a new method of micro line machining method of the five stages S curve. To ensure acceleration based on flexible acceleration and continuous, this new method for processing takes the slow point without judgment and improve processing efficiency. And this paper puts forward two adaptive processing models of micro line machining. Through simulation and experiment, the results show that in the machining process, this new method improves the machining efficiency, and ensure the acceleration continuous, realize flexible processing.
