HDPE装置离心机生产能力的工艺分析

Analysis for production capacity of HDPE device

从挖掘设备增产潜力和节能出发,对HDPE悬浮液螺旋沉降离心机的生产能力进行了工艺计算和分析评价。在聚合悬浮液(m3)与原料气(t)的相比为3.5的条件下,确定出了离心机的最大生产能力,现有螺旋沉降离心机能够满足增产要求。

The production capacity of centrifuge of HDPE device was calculated and analyzed from increase production and energy saving.Under the condition of the ratio of polymeric soliquoid（m3） to feed gas（t） is 3.5,the capacity production was defined.The production could be increased for centrifugal subsider.
