改善粒度级配提高宁东水煤浆的研究

Study of high concentration Ningdong coal-water-slurry through improving particles size grading

选取宁东甲醇厂德士古水煤浆加压气化工艺用原料煤,制备了一系列水煤浆,参考该工艺过程对水煤浆的要求,考察了不同煤粒径对水煤浆粘度和稳定性的影响规律,以及对气化影响较大的200目以下粒子含量对水煤浆粘度的影响,确定了200目以下煤粒合适含量为50%,并通过多级级配实验确定了羊场湾煤制水煤浆的最佳级配为W200目以下∶W80～200目∶W60～80目∶W35～60目=5∶2∶1∶2。

The YangchangWan coal of Ningdong is prepared to series of coal-water-slurry（CWS）.The effect of different sizes particle and content of 200 mesh particle have been studied to CWS Viscosity.When content of 200 mesh particle is 50%,the CWS has good performance.Though particle size grading,the optimal particle size distribution is Wunder 200 mesh∶W80~200 mesh∶W60~82 mesh∶W35~50 mesh=5∶2∶1∶2.
