摘要
说明孪生子效应是一个在实验上和理论上都已解决了的问题，通过一个具体的例子阐明孪生子效应的物理本质，从而指出不可能观测到“返老还童”的现象。
The twin effect is a resolved problem both in theory and in experiment. Through a specific example,the physics essentiality of twin effect are showed,and pointed out that the phenomenon of recover one's youthful vigorousis impossible.Finally,the relation between twin effect and general relativity is discussed too.\=
