摘要 针对当前我国太阳能利用率的不足,提出了一种基于垂直双轴机械结构的太阳能光电跟踪系统,它利用2DU10系列硅光电池组成四象限光强传感器,通过低功耗单片机AT mega16L智能控制横向纵向步进电机42H4630转动,使四象限光强传感器法线方向始终正对太阳位置以接收最大太阳能。同时串口监控四象限电压输出,便于控制中心记录管理。该系统能够智能识别黑夜、阴雨天等阳光不充分的情形进入低功耗模式,避免吸收光能小于机动耗能。实现自动、精确、高效地太阳能光电跟踪。 Considering the lack of the utilization of the solar energy in our country,a new optical tracking system based on the vertical biaxial machine was introduced.In this system,the 42H4630 step motor can rotate horizontally and be vertically controlled through the low power MCU AT mega16L and the four-quadrant light intensity sensor composed of the 2DU10 silicon optical batteries.The normal direction of the four-quadrant light intensity sensor was forced to point at the sun accurately to gain the most solar energy.At the same time,the computer monitored the voltage through the serial ports,which was convenient for the control center to note and supervise.The system could distinguish nights,rainy days and the situation that the light is not strong enough to compensate for energy lost and switch into the low power mode to realize the function of the optical tracking automatically,exactly and efficiently.
