摘要
目的:探讨腹腔镜下改良式输卵管线形切开术在输卵管妊娠治疗中的应用。方法:回顾分析641例输卵管妊娠经腹腔镜下改良式输卵管线形切开术的治疗效果。结果:641例腹腔镜手术成功。术中出血(36.58±2.08)ml,手术时间(61.66±18.54)min,住院天数(4.6±0.26)d,持续性异位妊娠发生率0.94%,输卵管通畅率90.95%。结论:腹腔镜下改良式输卵管线形切开术不但达到腹腔镜手术的治疗效果,还具有手术简单、创面止血快、术中出血少、术后持续性异位妊娠发生率低、输卵管通畅率高、妊娠率高的特点。
Objective：To investigate the application of the improved linear salpingotomy（via laparoscopy） in treating ectopic pregnancy.Methods：The therapeutic effects of the improved linear salpingotomy via laparoscopy were analyzed retrospectively from 641 cases.Results：The operations were successfully performed on 641 patients,in each operative procedure the blood loss was（36.58±2.08） ml,the operating time was（61.66±18.54） minutes and the hospitalization period was（4.6±0.26） days.The rate of persistent ectopic pregnancy was 0.94% in the patients who underwent the surgery.Conclusion：The therapeutic effect of the improved linear salpingotomy（via laparoscopy） in treating ectopic pregnancy is effective.The procedure is simple and the operating blood loss is a little.The incidence of persistent ectopic pregnancy is very low and the patency rate of fallopian tube is high after the surgery.
