农村在岗卫生技术人员专科学历教育模式探讨

A research on rural in-service healthcare personnel’s college education mode

本文以安徽省农村卫生人力资源现状为切入点,围绕"下得去、留得住、用得上"的农村卫生人才队伍建设理念,探讨了农村在岗卫生技术人员专科学历教育模式,并就进一步做好该项教育提出适当的政策支持,恰当解决教育的经费,合理设计课程设置,合理组织教学形式等建议。

Focusing on the human resources construction theme of ＂going down to the roots,staying and working there＂,this paper investigates the rural in-service healthcare personnel＇s college education mode with rural health human resources in Anhui as the starting point. The paper also proposes proper supports for improving the educational work. Meanwhile,it gives some suggestions on financial solution,reasonable course programming and organizing teaching forms.
