目的:研究阿仑膦酸钠片的处方工艺。方法:以外观性状、颗粒流动性、崩解时限、含量等为指标因素,选择合适的填充剂、粘合剂、崩解剂和润滑剂,并确定最佳的处方和工艺。结果:用筛选后的工艺制成的阿仑膦酸钠片符合质量标准要求。结论:该处方工艺简单易控,切实可行。

Objective：To explore the formulation of Alendronate Sodium Tablets.Methods：Factor investigation was performed in order to choose suitable loading agent,bonding agent,disintegrant and lubricants by using characteristics,fluidity,disintegration time and contents as indices.The best formulation and technology were determined.Results：The quality of the Alendronate Sodium Tablets prepared by the screening formulation met Ch.P.2005 criteria.Conclusions ：The formulation of Alendronate Sodium Tablets is simple,easily controllable and practicable.
