苏拉明对兔玻璃体内眼压影响的实验研究

Effect of suramin injection in vitreous on introcular pressure of eye in rabbits

目的:考察苏拉明在兔眼玻璃体内应用对兔眼眼压的影响,为临床及科研提供参考依据。方法:15只白兔前房穿刺后实验眼玻璃体腔注射0.5mg苏拉明,对照眼注射等量平衡盐液。注药前及注药后1,3,7,10d检查Tonpen眼压。结果:实验眼与对照眼注药前、后各时间点眼压界于9～17mmHg,其差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:0.5mg苏拉明在玻璃体内应用,不会对兔眼眼压造成不良影响。

Objective：To investigate the effect of suramin injection in vitreous on introcular pressure（IOP）of eye in rabbits,and to provide first-hand data for the further experiment and clinic researches.Methods：A total of 15 albino rabbits received 0.5 mg suramin injection into one eye（treatment eye）.Anther eye（control one）of all the 15 albino rabbits received just the same dosage of balanced salt solution.Tonometry were performed pre-injection on the 1st,3rd,7th,and 10th day after injection.Results：There was no significant changes in IOP of treatment eyes compared with the one of control eyes,with a range from 9 to 17 mmHg.Conclusions：In vitreous cavity of rabbits,Suramin at 0.5 mg suramin may have not effect on IOP of the eye in rabbits.
