应用镍钛记忆聚髌器治疗粉碎性髌骨骨折体会

Treatment of comminuted patellar fracture with nickel-titanium memory alloy patellar holder

目的:探讨镍钛记忆聚髌器治疗粉碎性髌骨骨折的疗效。方法:对我院2002年7月～2008年5月间20例粉碎性髌骨骨折的患者采用手术镍钛记忆聚髌器内固定治疗,随诊8～20个月,按疗效评定标准行功能评定。结果:本组患者20例,切口均无感染,愈合良好,骨折平均临床愈合时间8～10周。其中优12例(60%),良6例(30%),可2例(10%),优良率达90%。结论:应用镍钛记忆聚髌器治疗粉碎性髌骨骨折具有固定牢靠、能早期功能锻炼等优点,疗效确切,可在临床推广使用。

Objective：To evaluate the therapeutic effects of treating comminuted patellar fracture with nickel-titanium memory alloy patellar holder.Methods：Twenty comminuted patella fracture cases that underwent nickel-titanium memory alloy patellar holder fixation during July 2002 and May 2008 were followed up for 8-20 months,and the therapeutic effects were evaluated with standard criteria.Results：All cases showed good healing and no infection,the average fracture healing time was 8-10 weeks.Excellent effects were shown in 12 cases（60%）,good in 6 cases（30%）,and ordinary in 2 cases（10%）with a good rate of 90%.Conclusions：With advantages of stable fixation,early functional exercise and excellent therapeutic effects,nickel-titanium memory alloy patellar holder is good for comminuted patellar fracture and can be applied in clinical work at large-scale.
