五加生化胶囊用于人流术后疗效观察

Effect of Wujiashenghua capsule on the treatment after induced abortion

目的:观察人流术后使用五加生化胶囊的疗效。方法:将2009年1月～2009年12月确诊宫内早期妊娠行人流术患者80例,随机分为两组,每组40例。观察组术后口头孢拉啶胶囊加五加生化胶囊,对照组术后口服头孢拉啶胶囊。比较两组术后阴道流血时间、出血量、腹痛、不良反应情况。结果:观察组术后阴道出血时间、出血量、腹痛与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),不良反应观察组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人流术后使用五加生化胶囊可减少阴道流血量,缩短出血时间,有良好的止血、止痛作用。

Objective：To observe the effect of Wujiashenghua capsule on the treatment after induced abortion.Methods：A total of 80 cases with induced abortion diagnosed as early intrauterine pregnancy were randomly divided into two groups by half：observation group with Cephradine and Wujiashenghua capusle,and control group with Cephradine.The time and volume of vaginal bleeding,abdominal pain and side-effect were compared.Results：There were significant differences in vaginal bleeding and abdominal pain between two groups（P0.01）,but not significant in side-effect（P0.01）.Conclusions：Wujiashenghua capsule can decrease the bleeding volume,and shorten the bleeding time.It is of good hemostasis and analgesia.
