雷公藤多甙片治疗异位性皮炎的临床研究

Effect of trip terygium glycosides on atopic dermatitis

目的:探讨雷公藤多甙片治疗异位性皮炎的有效性。方法:采用随机对照试验方法,将入选的异位性皮炎患者随机分为治疗组30例(予雷公藤多甙片口服)和对照组30例(予开瑞坦片口服),连续口服4周。并通过实验室检测周围血嗜酸粒细胞绝对计数(absolute eosinophil count,AEC)、血清总IgE水平(BA-ELISA方法)、二硝基氯苯(DNCB)以及白细胞介素2(IL-2)。结果:(1)两组治疗4周后临床症状积分比较:治疗组临床症状改善明显优于对照组(P<0.01);(2)两组治疗4周后临床疗效比较:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01);(3)两组随访3个月后临床疗效比较:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。(4)两组治疗前、后实验结果比较:AEC、血清IgE水平治疗组较对照组明显降低,DNCB检测的阳性率和IL-2活性治疗组较对照组有显著提高(P<0.01)。结论:雷公藤多甙片可有效治疗异位性皮炎。

Objective：To explore the effect of trip terygium glycosides on atopic dermatitis.Methods：A total of 60 cases with atopic dermatitis were randomly divided into treatment group with trip terygium glycosides tablet and control group with Clarityne for 4 weeks by half.The absolute eosinophil count（AEC）,total serum IgE,dinitrochlorobenzene（DNCB）and interleukin-2（IL-2）were assayed.Results：Clinic symptom score 4 weeks after treatment showed significant improvement and clinic therapeutical effect in treatment group（P0.01）,with significant decrease of AEC and IgE,and increase of positive rate of DNCB and IL-2 activity（P0.01）.Conslusions：Trip terygium glycosides is effective on atopic dermatitis.
