复方中药对慢性热应激下蛋鸡生产性能和心脏组织HSP70表达量的影响 被引量:9

Effects of Compound Chinese Herbal Medicine on Production Performance and Expression of HSP70 in Heart Tissues of Hens in Heat Stress

摘要 选取250只60日龄蛋鸡,随机分为5组:空白对照组、维生素C组、复方中药Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,每天记录各组的耗料量、蛋重、产蛋量、死淘数以及软、破蛋数量,采用ELISA法测定蛋鸡心脏组织HSP70表达量。结果显示,复方中药能够全面改善热应激状态下蛋鸡的生产性能,其中复方Ⅱ的效果最佳;中药复方组蛋鸡心脏组织热休克蛋白-70(HSP70)表达量均低于空白对照组,其中复方Ⅱ组下降的幅度最大,表明各复方中药均能提高热应激蛋鸡的生产性能,其作用机制可能与调控HSP70表达量有关。试验探讨了中药复方对慢性热应激下蛋鸡生产性能和心脏组织HSP70表达量的影响,研究成果具有指导生产实际价值。 Two hundred 60-day-age laying hens were randomly divided into five groups:control group,vitamin C group, compound Chinese herbal Medicine Ⅰ group,compound Chinese herbal medicine Ⅱ group,compound Chinese herbal medicine Ⅲ group. Egg quantity and feed intake were recorded every day. The results showed that expression of heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) in heart tissues of all groups was detected by ELISA. All of the compound Chinese herbal medicine could improve the performance of laying hens under heat stress. The effect of compound Chinese herbal medicine Ⅱ was the best one. Compound Chinese herbal Medicine could induce the expression of HSP70 in heart tissues of laying hens suffering chronic heat stress and the expression of HSP70 in heart tissues of hens in compound Chinese herbal medicine Ⅱ group was the lowest of all. It indicated that the compound Chinese medicine could improve production performance of laying hens under heat stress,which may be related with the regulation of HSP70 expression.
