Research on the Construction of the Strategic Alliance for the Industry-University-Research Cooperation in Anhui Province Higher Education Institutions

高校产学研战略联盟是提高企业自主创新能力和国家竞争力的迫切需要,也是高校职能多样化和知识生产方式转变的本质反映,构建高校产学研战略联盟是高等教育可持续发展的历史必然。近十年来,安徽省高校产学研合作取得了显著成果,但依然面临着严峻的发展形势和存在着诸多问题。因此,必须转变观念,根据安徽省高校实情和区域经济发展需求,努力构建高校产学研战略联盟,创新联盟模式。

The strategic alliance of higher education institutions for the Industry-University-Research cooperation is not only the urgent need to improve ability of independent innovation of enterprises and national competitiveness,but also the natural reflection of diversified functions of colleges and the changing modes of knowledge production.Its construction is the historical inevitability of the sustainable development of higher education.Over the past decade,remarkable achievements have been made in the Industry-University-Research cooperation in Anhui Province higher education institutions.However,there still exists a severe situation and many problems in development.Therefore,we must change our concepts and strive to build the strategic alliance of higher education institutions for the Industry-University-Research cooperation according to the actual situation of Anhui province higher education institutions and the need of regional economic development.
