当前,高校师生关系正呈现出渐行渐远的疏离之势,影响了高校教育教学的实效性,影响了高校教育目的的实现。改善高校师生关系,可以通过创建师生互动教学模式、拓展交往渠道、管理和服务的人性化、建立师生关系评价体系和奖惩机制等途径来实现。

Currently there is an increasing degree of alienation between teachers and students at colleges and universities,which affects not only the effectiveness of higher education,but also the achieving of its goals.To solve this problem,we should establish an interactive teaching model,extend the communicative channels,offer human-based management and services,and establish the evaluation system of teacher-student relationship and the mechanism of rewards punishment.
