1/3管状接骨板结合T形接骨板治疗胫骨平台双髁骨折

Treating double-condylar fracture of tibial plateau with 1/3 tubular plate and T-shaped plate

目的:探讨1/3管状接骨板结合T形接骨板治疗胫骨平台双髁骨折的方法及疗效。方法:回顾性分析2004年3月～2009年9月经手术治疗胫骨平台双髁骨折31例患者的临床资料。结果:31例患者均获得随访,随访时间1～3.4年,平均1年6个月,骨折全部愈合,膝关节功能恢复满意。按照Ly-sholon评分标准:优15例,良14例,可1例,差1例。结论:1/3管状接骨板结合T形接骨板治疗胫骨平台双髁骨折,骨折达到解剖复位,固定牢靠,术后可行早期功能锻炼,膝关节功能恢复满意。

Objective： To explore the method and observe the clinical outcomes of treating double- condylar fracture of tibial plateau with 1/3 tubular plate and T shaped plate. Methods： Data of thirty one patients with double-condylar fracture of tibial plateau that underwent surgery treatment by 1/3 tubular plate and T shaped plate during Mar. 2004 to Sept. 2009 were retrospectively analyzed. Results： An aver age length of 18 months follow up ranging from 1-3.4 years that were conducted on these patients showed that fractures all recovered with satisfied knee function. Lysholon Score assessment showed excellent out comes in 15 cases, good in 14 cases, ok in 1 case, and poor in 1 case. Conclusions： With satisfied knee re covery and possibility of early functional exercise, 1/3 tubular plate together with T-shaped plate is a relia ble intenal fixation for double-condylar fracture of tibial plateau.
