摘要
本文结合南水北调东线工程双王城水库泵站的设计,利用水工模型试验和数值模拟相结合的方法,综合分析了泵站流道内的水流流态、压力分布等重要流场特性。研究表明,模型试验与数值模拟结果能够较好的吻合,数值模拟结果能够对模型试验数据提供补充和完善;入库泵站与出库涵洞组合布置方案在水动力学条件方面可行;原设计方案出库涵洞陡坡段存在负压,水流流态不稳。修改方案将出库涵洞节制闸放置在涵洞末端,可有效地解决负压问题,改善出库水流流态。模型试验及数值模拟结果为工程设计提供了科学的依据。
Based on the design of the Pumping Station of Shuangwangcheng Reservoir for the East Route of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project, the important characteristics of flow field such as the flow pattern, pressure distribution in the flow pas- sage of the pumping station are comprehensively analyzed with the method of the combination of both the hydraulic model test and numerical simulation. The study shows that the result of the model test coincides well with that of the numerical simulation ; i. e. the result of the numerical simulation can complement and improve the data from the model test. Therefore, the combined layout of reservoir-inflow pumping station with reservoir outflow culvert is feasible in the aspect of the hydrodynamic condition. Further- more, as the negative pressure is there in the steep-slope section of the reservoir outflow culvert with unstable flow pattern in the original design scheme, the regulating gate is arranged at the end of the culvert. In this way, the problems from the negative pres- sure can be effectively solved with the improvement of the pattern of the outflow. Generally, the results of both the model test and numerical simulation can lay a scientific basis for the engineering concerned.
