试论抗战时期国民政府的粮食供应与配给

On the grain supply and ration of the National Government during the War of Resistance against Japan

抗战时期,为了支持抗战,维持军心民心,确保国统区人民生活的基本稳定,国民政府在实施田赋征实的基础上对全国军公民粮实行定量供应和配给。这一战时特殊粮食统制措施的实施,保障了抗战后期军粮民食的供应,稳定了后方社会秩序,成效较为明显,为坚持抗战作出了一定贡献。

During the period of the War of Resistance against Japan, in order to keep the army and people＇ s morale, ensure the basic staple of the people life, the National Government practiced the grain supply and ration of army and citizen after collection of land tax in kind. The wartime special measures of grain control ensured the staple food supply of the people and army in the later stage of the War of Resistance against Japan and stabilized rear social order. It had tangible result and made a certain contribution to the war.
